Gas filter
CONPANCOL has designed sulfuric acid plants with hot SO2 gas filtration to prevent sulfur impurities from clogging the catalyst. These filters require maintenance every one to two years, depending on the quality of the sulfur used.
We designed the complete filter and its internals (pebble quartz stones, cast iron grills for high temperature).
