Absorption and drying towers
CONPANCOL has designed and built for more than 50 years, absorption and drying towers for sulfuric acid plants of single and double absorption.
We are specialists in the installation of antacid brick cladding, pecora, Teflon and construction of the acid-resistant brick domes and in general the whole antacid protection system for the proper functioning of the towers. We also supervise these works.
We supply all the internal parts of these towers as: acid distribution trays, distribution pipes and other MONDI or SX pipes for handling sulfuric acid. Also the fog eliminators, the inlet and outlet sleeves of acid with its vortex breaks, intalox saddles, rasching rings and aludur beams. We have a group of highly qualified suppliers and manufacturers.
These towers can be carbon steel or SX steel.
